West Palm Beach by Jennifer Paganelli – Lucia in Cobalt

I have been a Jennifer Paganelli fan for years. She used to do collections for Free Spirit but when they changed hands, she disappeared for a while. I was excited to see her back on the fabric scene with Windham fabrics. This is what she said about her debut collection for them,
